Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run ads. This page lists everything we collect and every company that handles it for us.
Who we are
The 369 Rabbit Hole (369rabbithole.com) is run by the Tracers. For anything about your data, email [email protected].
What you give us
- 4K wallpaper form. Your email address, the page you were on and which wallpaper you took. Getting the file adds you to our email list.
- Contact form. Your email address, your name if you give it, and your message.
We use this to answer your message and to send you emails about new tools, pages and finds on the site. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we’ll take you off the list.
What we measure
- Google Analytics 4 counts visits, pages viewed and button clicks. It sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can block it with Google’s opt-out add-on or any tracker blocker.
- Rybbit, a privacy-focused analytics tool, counts visits and clicks without cookies.
We use these numbers to see which pages and tools people use. We don’t use them to build ad profiles.
What stays on your device
Some tools, like the 369 journal, save your progress in your own browser’s storage. It never leaves your device and we can’t see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Who handles your data for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and processes every request, including your IP address, to deliver pages and block abuse.
- HighLevel stores form submissions and the email list, and sends our emails.
- Google runs Google Analytics and serves the site’s fonts (Google Fonts), which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
- Rybbit analytics, as above.
These companies may store data in the United States or other countries. We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Your email and messages stay in our records until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept under each tool’s own retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Email [email protected] and we’ll act on it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The site isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page changes and its “last updated” date changes with it.
